Doing what’s expected. Being the reliable one.
Carrying everything because you have to. Over time, you may have organised your life around being dependable, accountable, and always 'on'.
And, for a long time, this may have looked like strength.
But what is carried for too long does not simply disappear. It settles into the body. It shapes the way you live. It becomes structure.
And no structure can hold forever.
And when it no longer can, the answer is not more pressure.
Not more effort.
Not more force.
It is space.
Corridors is a structured, carefully held process for when space is what is required.
Welcome. My name is Aleathea, and I offer a gentler, more carefully held way to support meaningful change.
Corridors is a contained, non-directive process designed to allow effort to stop.
It is not therapy, coaching, or healing work in the usual sense. It does not work through insight, catharsis, interpretation, or intervention.
Instead, Corridors creates the conditions in which experience can be received, allowed to complete, and left undisturbed.
Nothing is analysed.
Nothing is fixed.
Nothing is pushed toward outcome.

My work is for people who want real change, but know that pressure, intensity, or being pushed too far is not what helps them get there.
I work gently, carefully, and with deep respect for the pace of your system. What matters to me is creating a space that feels safe enough, clear enough, and well held enough for meaningful change to happen without force.
This approach has grown from years of listening closely to what actually helps people feel more steady, more connected to themselves, and more able to move forward in a way that lasts.
You can begin in the way that feels right for you — whether that is a single session for focused support, or a more sustained container with greater continuity and care.
Each option is designed to be gentle, well held, and responsive to what your system can genuinely sustain.
